EXTRA AIRCRAFT SIGNS ON NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

LANCASTER, Pa. – Former audit director and licensed certified public accountant Jeff Walraven has been named chief financial officer for Extra Aircraft. Walraven will be responsible for all of the company's public financial reporting, treasury, internal control and purchasing. He will also oversee all finance and accounting activities.

Previously, Walraven served as an audit director for Crosslin, Vaden & Associates, P.C., in Nashville, Tenn. While there, he headed up its 25-person audit department. He also served as an audit partner for a New York Stock Exchange (NYSE)-listed public company.

“Jeff brings with him an extensive background in public accounting and auditing,” said Ken Keith, CEO of Extra Aircraft. “He has both the knowledge and experience to help guide Extra Aircraft to a successful future as the company continues to grow and implement new initiatives.”

Throughout his 14-year career in public accounting, Walraven has provided business operation and tax consulting services for both public and private clients with revenues ranging from $5 million to $1.5 billion. He has worked in various top management roles including audit partner for The GriggsGroup, CPAs (Jacksonville, Fla.) and audit senior manager for Ernst & Young, LLP (Nashville, Tenn.). Walraven received a bachelor of science degree in financial management from Bob Jones University in 1991 and a master of professional accountancy degree with a concentration in audit from Clemson University in 1992.
