Lancaster, PA - December 19th, 2003 - Officials with EXTRA Aircraft have announced the
award-winning pick from their recent AOPA prize
drawing.
Steven Hodosh of Barrington, RI was awarded a two-
day Emergency Maneuver Training course, courtesy of
EXTRA Aircraft and FCI Training
(http://www.fcitraining.com). Hodosh (shown at right),
a practicing dentist and an avid pilot, was notified
earlier this month of the grand
prize.
"I'm very surprised and extremely happy," Hodosh
said. "I'm eager to get underway with training at FCI."
Hodosh earned his private pilot's ticket twenty years
ago because, as he said, "I wanted to scare my
mother."
He succeeded, and has been flying ever since when
he's not giving root canals and filling holes in his
patient's teeth.
EXTRA Aircraft and FCI Training have teamed up to
offer similar training certificates during industry events
because of the synergy between the two
organizations. FCI Training uses the highly touted
aerobatic aircraft, the EXTRA 300L in much of its
curriculum.
